Welcome to ranthamborewildventures.com. This website is owned and operated by Ranthambore Wild Ventures. By accessing this website and utilizing our travel facilitation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Identity and Role

  • Service Provider: Ranthambore Wild Ventures provides travel assistance, tour package design, hotel accommodation assistance, and safari booking facilitation for Ranthambore National Park.
  • Independent Operator: We operate as an independent travel operator. We are not the official website of the Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan.

2. Safari Booking Policy & Rules

  • Government Control: All wildlife safari permits, zones, and departure timings are strictly governed, allocated, and managed by the Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan.
  • ID Requirements: Every visitor must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Driving License). Foreign nationals must provide valid Passport details. The original ID used for booking must be carried by each traveler during the safari for gate entry verification.
  • Zones & Vehicles: Safari zones (Zones 1–10) and vehicle types (Gypsy/Canter) are assigned by the Forest Department system based on availability. Specific zones or vehicles cannot be guaranteed.

3. Booking Facilitation & Pricing

  • Inquiry & Booking: Our website functions as an information and inquiry portal. Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement and advance payment through our direct communication channels.
  • Price Revisions: If the Government of Rajasthan or Forest Department revises permit rates, taxes, or guide fees after a reservation is initiated, clients are liable to pay the revised price difference.
  • Service Fee: Package pricing includes facilitator service fees, logistics arrangements, and expert local assistance.

4. Liabilities & Limitations

  • Park Closures: The Field Director or Forest Department reserves the right to close zones or alter safari timings without prior notice due to weather conditions or administrative safety concerns. We are not liable for operational decisions made by government authorities.
  • Safety & Belongings: While we coordinate with experienced guides and authorized drivers, Ranthambore Wild Ventures is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, illness, loss of life, or damage/theft of personal belongings during the trip.
  • Itinerary Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify tour schedules due to unforeseen weather, road blockages, or local restrictions to ensure client safety.

5. Visitor Code of Conduct

All visitors must adhere strictly to the rules and regulations of Ranthambore National Park. Shouting, littering, feeding, or teasing wildlife is strictly prohibited. Violators face heavy fines or immediate expulsion by forest officials.

6. Hotel Accommodations (For Package Bookings)

  • Standard Timings: Standard check-in is generally 12:00 PM (Noon), and check-out is 11:00 AM.
  • Early Check-In: Early check-in or late check-out requests depend on hotel room availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the services provided by Ranthambore Wild Ventures shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

The total pricing of our safari bookings and tour packages includes official government fees and statutory taxes, along with our agency’s service and administrative facilitation charges.
